By creating an account, signing in, subscribing, or otherwise using NousMind, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What NousMind Provides
NousMind provides AI-powered financial information tools, including conversational analysis, market watchlists, account features, and membership-based usage entitlements such as token allowances.
NousMind is an informational product. It does not provide brokerage services, portfolio management, personalized financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate, current account information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must safeguard your login credentials and linked sign-in methods.
- You may sign in using supported providers such as Apple, Google, or email-based authentication.
4. No Investment Advice
All outputs, including AI responses, summaries, ratings, watchlist data, research framing, or market signals, are provided for general informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation.
You remain solely responsible for your investment decisions, trades, tax positions, risk management, and compliance obligations.
5. Memberships, Billing, and Renewals
Some features require a paid membership. Pricing, plan tiers, billing cycles, token entitlements, and feature availability may vary by product surface, region, or promotion.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled.
- To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal time when required by the purchase platform.
- Purchases made through Apple are billed through your Apple account and managed under Apple’s rules.
- Restore-purchase functionality is provided where supported.
- We may change plan structure, pricing, included usage, or feature limits prospectively.
6. Tokens, Usage Limits, and Feature Access
NousMind may use daily, monthly, or plan-based token limits and other usage controls. Tokens and entitlements are licensed, not owned, have no cash value unless required by law, and may expire, reset, or be capped according to the plan rules shown in product.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity;
- reverse engineer, scrape at scale, probe, disrupt, or overload the service;
- misrepresent AI outputs as guaranteed facts, certified research, or regulated advice;
- upload or submit content that infringes rights or violates applicable law.
8. User Content and Feedback
You may provide prompts, messages, screenshots, feedback, and other submissions. You retain your rights in your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, analyze, and use that content as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
If you send product feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the platform, or used the service in a way that could harm NousMind or others.
You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion may permanently remove account data, audit data, saved content, unused tokens, and active benefits, subject to legal retention requirements.
10. Third-Party Services
The service may rely on third-party identity providers, payment platforms, analytics, hosting, cloud infrastructure, and market data sources. We are not responsible for third-party products or services beyond our control.
11. Service Availability
We may update, interrupt, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted access, or error-free output.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. NousMind disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NousMind and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or investment losses arising from or related to your use of the service.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
